Fadel leads product and implementation at Alpine Edge, from requirements through delivery and rollout, and is based in Brugg, Switzerland. He also serves as Business Analyst & Implementation Manager at Curena AG — the platform behind Swiss Red Cross emergency dispatching — where he co-led a full-scale software migration in a 24/7 mission-critical environment. He holds a BSc in Business Informatics (ZHAW), is certified PSM II, PSPO and IPMA Level D, and speaks German, Albanian, Arabic, English and French.
