An assessment can usually begin within one to two weeks of the first conversation. Implementation start depends on scope and on how quickly access and approvals come together on your side. That is normally the limiting factor, not our availability.

You do. Work is delivered into your own cloud accounts and repositories, built with infrastructure as code so it is reproducible without us. There is no proprietary layer you would have to license to keep running what we built.

EU data residency by default, encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, and audit logging. For AI work the models run inside your environment, so personal data is never sent to a third-party API or used to train an external model. Our compliance practice covers GDPR audits and ISO 27001 implementation directly.

For clients on a support arrangement that includes it, yes. Monitoring and alerting are set up during implementation, so on-call responds to real signals rather than to a customer phoning in.

Fixed price for defined-scope projects, or a monthly retainer for ongoing capacity and support. The assessment is a separate, smaller piece of work. That is deliberate: you can see how we operate before committing to anything larger.

Yes, and a reasonable number of clients do. You keep the findings and the roadmap regardless of whether you continue with us, including if you take them to another provider.

You keep the infrastructure, the code, the documentation, and the runbooks, because they live in your accounts throughout. Notice periods are agreed up front and we run a documented handover rather than simply stopping.
