Our Products

Software we build, host, and support ourselves, with the same DevOps discipline we bring to client infrastructure.

LEIS logoLEIS

The simple ticketing solution

LEIS is a modern ticketing and issue-management solution that streamlines operations across hospitality, retail, manufacturing, and logistics, with role-based workflows and real-time visibility for your whole team.

ASKCRM logoASKCRM

The AI-native CRM for construction sales

AskCRM is an AI-native CRM for construction and real-estate sales teams: describe a site visit in plain language and it drafts the contact, deal stage, and next action, with a human approving every change.

RUBYTRACK logoRUBYTRACK

Task tracking with enforced daily updates

RubyTrack requires a real update (time spent, a revised estimate, or a documented blocker) before any task can change status, so boards never go stale and nobody has to chase updates.

Which one fits your problem

Each product solves one specific operational failure. If none of these describes your situation, a custom build is probably the honest answer.

LEIS

Operations teams in hospitality, retail, manufacturing, and logistics

Issues get reported in group chats and phone calls, then vanish. Nobody can say what is open, who owns it, or how long it has been sitting there.

AskCRM

Construction and real-estate sales teams

Site visits and calls never make it into the CRM, because filling in eleven fields after a long day on site is the first thing that gets dropped.

RubyTrack

Small delivery teams that have outgrown a spreadsheet

The board says "in progress" and has said so for two weeks. Nobody knows whether that means blocked, forgotten, or nearly done.

Why a consultancy ships its own software

Alpine Edge is a consultancy first. These products exist because clients kept asking for the same thing and the market answer was either too heavy or too expensive for the size of the problem.

They run on the infrastructure we recommend

Every product is hosted on the same cloud and DevOps setup we build for clients: infrastructure as code, CI/CD, monitoring, backups. When we tell you a pattern holds up in production, it is because we are running it ourselves, not because we read about it.

They came out of consulting work

None of these started as a product idea. LEIS grew out of operations work in hospitality and logistics, AskCRM out of construction sales, RubyTrack out of our own delivery problem. Each one existed as a client solution before it became something we could offer to anyone else.

We support what we ship

The team that builds each product also hosts it and answers for it when something breaks. There is no separate vendor to escalate to, and no support tier that decides your issue is not important enough.

Questions, answered

Yes, for LEIS and RubyTrack, and for AskCRM where the deployment size justifies it. Self-hosting is the norm for clients with data-residency requirements, and it is the same deployment model we use for our own hosting, so there is no second-class version.

Within reason. Configuration, workflows, roles, and integrations are expected to differ per client and are part of onboarding. Deeper changes are handled as a custom software engagement rather than being forced into the shared product.

You get a full export in an open format, and we delete what remains on our infrastructure on an agreed schedule. This is written into the agreement rather than left to goodwill.
