LEIS: ticketing that keeps operations moving

A modern ticketing and issue-management solution that streamlines operations with role-based workflows and real-time visibility for your whole team. Hosted and supported by Alpine Edge.

Role-based workflows

Tickets route to the right people automatically: operators, supervisors, and management each see exactly what they need to act on.

Real-time visibility

Live status for every open issue across locations and teams, so nothing slips through the cracks between shifts.

Issue lifecycle tracking

From report to resolution: assignment, escalation, comments, and a full audit trail on every ticket.

Notifications & escalation

Deadlines and escalation rules keep response times honest and make bottlenecks visible early.

How teams actually use it

LEIS is deliberately narrow: it tracks issues from the moment someone notices them to the moment they are closed. Here is what that looks like in practice.

A 200-room hotel

Housekeeping reports a broken air-conditioning unit from their phone, with the room number attached. It routes to maintenance, escalates automatically if it is still open at shift change, and the duty manager sees every open issue on one board instead of chasing three people over the radio.

A retail chain across 12 stores

Store managers log stock, equipment, and facility problems against their own location. Head office finally has an answer to which sites generate the most issues, which categories repeat, and which suppliers are slowest to close them out.

A logistics operation

Damage reports and delivery exceptions become tickets with photos attached, an owner assigned, and a deadline that visibly slips if nobody acts, so problems surface while they can still be fixed rather than at month-end.

Questions, answered

Yes. LEIS can be self-hosted in your environment or hosted by Alpine Edge on EU infrastructure. Self-hosting is the usual choice where data-residency or procurement rules require it, and it is the same build either way.

For a single site with straightforward workflows, typically two to four weeks including configuration, user setup, and training. Multi-site rollouts are staged location by location so the first site is live and proven before the rest follow.

Yes, and that is where most tickets are created. LEIS runs in the browser on any device, so staff on the floor can report an issue with a photo attached without installing anything or holding a licence seat.

Yes. Common integrations are user directories for single sign-on, notification channels such as email and chat, and exports into reporting tools. Deeper integrations with ERP or facility-management systems are handled as part of onboarding.
